my dentist told me that if your teeth have brownish,beige stains and have chipping or any kind of different colours on them do NOT use these whitening products as they will only show the different colours to an extreme-a few white parts and some "off" whites....some yellow etc.Also if you have major permanent stains embedded in the enamel the whitening process can strip the thin layer of enamel off.No shiney teeth there!

Reply:i think they have a short term effect, but they can kill the enamel on your teeth making them sensitive, whereas exspensive treatments are safer and have a long term effect.
Reply:Some people do not have patience. The teeth whitening system Zoom takes only one hour and makes your teeth 10 times white While other processes may take months to get that white.
