Which one is not a force?

A) Static Friction

B) Sliding Friction

C)Gravity

D) Normal Force

E) Voltage

Which one is not a force?
Sounds like a trick question to me. But, I don't know what the trick is.

Voltage is also called EMF, Electromotive Force.

So the answer seems to be all the above.

HTH - Hope this helps
Reply:C) Gravity is not a force but an acceleration. A common misconception.
Reply:E) voltage.

Voltage is a measure of potential energy, and not a force. The other four are all specific types of forces encountered in mechanics.
Reply:I disagree with Mr B voltage is the difference between the potentials of two points hence not a force. the electrom motive force is the work done in to bring a unit charge from infinity to that point .

gravity is a force masakela! so please do get ur concepts clear its acceleration due to gravity "g" that is an acceleration.
