Should I buy a treadmill?

The main reason why I do not want to excercise outside is because it is dark when I get home from college and I have an over-protective mother.

I am a student, so cannot afford very much. I found a manual treadmill for £75 from argos

Are manual treadmills any good? I usually give myself at least 30 mins free time in the evening, and usually watch a programme I really enjoy, so do you think that I would be unlikely to get bored if I watch this, while on my treadmill?

(If you would like to see the treadmill, this is the link)

Reply:Lack of time is the most common complaint given by people for not exercising or following a fitness regime. If you are one of them, you can purchase a home treadmill. It is one of the most important and beneficial home exercise equipment nowadays.

But before purchasing a treadmill for home, you should take care of the following 10 points.
