Need help with a new butt moving excersise??

My 1 hour work out goes like this %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;%26gt;10 min jog, 15 mins on the mini trampoline/ skippims, 10 mins of sit ups, and then usually go skatin for 20 minutes .. this is were I need help I need a good butt moving excersise as its getting cold? and then 10 mins of stretches ... also is this a good buy %26gt;%26gt;%26gt;http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/pa... and if you can find anything butt moving then please say thankyou

Squats, squats and more squats!!!!! great for buts!





And for a change try getting on all fours, lifting one bent leg at a time to the ceiling, keeping the sole of your foot flat whilst pushing towards the ceiling. Do 10 for each leg, twice.
