There is no such word as "mostest." I think you mean "mostly."





Also, what is the difference between "air" and "empty air?"





And one has even less of a guess as to what in the world "static water" might be.





There is a lot of air in the top couple of feet of many soils, but it would not be correct to say that "soil is mostly air." And the water content of soils varies widely, so it would not be correct to say "soil is mostly water."





Soil is mostly finely crushed rock, which in turn is mostly silicates and calcium compounds.
