What does all this mean?

I caught this guy looking at me,he had a smirk on his face and his eyes were looking at me from head to toe as he was checking me out, I noticed it and ,I gave him the nastiest look and turned m y face the other way,I looked at him again and this time he was smiling but was not looking the same way as before,but was still looking.


After that day there have been occasions,like he met me in the elevator, initated greetings,or always looks at me with a smile,once or twice he locked eyes with me,the other day he was coming from the opposite side and looked at me briefly,his eyes were shining but shook this head and went away,saying nothing,a few days later he looked at me with a sidelong glance,He also brags about how much money he wants to make .


Last week I was enterig the lunch room and he locked eyes wi th me for more than 3 minutes,I was static b/c of shock or GOd knows what....I averted my gaze and said excuse me with this he shook his head with a smile and walked the other way,

What does all this mean?
He clearly likes you. -Maybe he just likes looking or maybe he wants to take it further. -Either way, your reactions to him make it seem like you are into it. -Maybe you don't intend them to, but come on.. holding the guys gaze for three minutes?? -Either you are interested or you are making him believe you are interested on accident. -Either way, I would put a stop to it. Let him know you aren't comfortable with his constant leering.
