call 611, that is why they are there .. each phone is diff and so is the home area
Reply:That is an old phone, Bring it to the store and get another one. Hopefully they'll be able to transfer everything over. Once you do make sure you get the Backup assistant program, It's free if you create a log in account with Verizonwireless.com That will save your contacts for you should you ever lose your phone or it get damaged. With a new phone all you do is redownload the Assistant and then sync it Voila all your contacts are re installed into your phone.
