A static charge is different from electric current in that a static charge.....?

a.) never moves

b) can either more or not move

c.) moves only when resistance is low enough

d.) moves only when voltage is high enough

A static charge is different from electric current in that a static charge.....?
in general there is no existance of static charge.

according to theory the ans is can either move or not move
Reply:static charge does not move, it is localizedon an insulator..electric current flows through condutors
